Molly joined BenCap after leading Voluntary Benefits Consulting for a major brokerage firm in Nashville, where she supported large employers and managed strategic partnerships with leading carriers and vendors. Her background as a consultant—combined with earlier roles at a national ancillary carrier and an enrollment firm—gives her a distinctive, industry wide perspective and a knack for developing creative, effective strategies. She has spent her career focused on driving sustained growth in voluntary benefits, expanding portfolios through strong client relationships, innovative enrollment strategies, and disciplined vendor management. Her experience managing carrier and vendor partnerships, shaping enrollment outcomes, and serving as a subject matter expert across sales and consulting teams further strengthens the strategic insight she brings to BenCap.

Matt Farrar
Vice President, Growth & Distribution
Prior to joining BenCap, Matt served as a Regional Director for Voluntary Benefits at a top carrier, where he supported employers across the region and worked closely with carrier partners. Before that, he led a go-to-market strategy for the Health Account Solutions product suite, shaping how those programs were positioned and delivered. Earlier in his career, Matt worked as a benefits consultant in the DFW market, giving him firsthand experience with how employers evaluate, price, and communicate their benefits. Matt's time inside a major carrier, combined with his consulting background, gives him a deep understanding of how voluntary benefits are built, distributed, and explained.
